What We Collect

We collect the information you give us when you take part in Pride Sports USA activities:

• Open play & league sign-ups: your name, email address, mobile number, stated age, city, sport, and your signed waiver (including your drawn signature, the date and time, and technical details such as IP address that make the signature verifiable).
• Store orders: your name, contact details, and shipping address.
• Staff & umpires: name, mobile number, and email used to send login and scoring links.
• Site analytics: anonymous page-view statistics that help us understand what visitors read. We do not build advertising profiles.

How We Use It

• To run our leagues, open play events, and tournaments - including check-in and safety records.
• To send you what you asked for: a follow-up text and email after open play, order and shipping updates, and login links for staff and umpires.
• To keep legally required records of signed waivers.

Text Messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared. Reply STOP to any of our texts to opt out at any time; reply HELP or email info@PrideSportsUSA.com for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

The Pride Sports USA texting program (the Pride Sports USA Account & League Updates SMS Program) is additionally governed by its dedicated SMS Privacy Policy and SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions.

What We Never Do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing.
• We only share data with the service providers who make the site work (hosting, email delivery, text delivery, payment and registration processing), and only what they need to do their job.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties.

The PSUSA Live App

PSUSA Live is our staff broadcast console for iPad, used to run game clocks, scoreboards, and venue televisions at events. If you use the app:

• Sign-In. The app uses your Pride Sports USA staff account. Your login is sent securely to our servers only to verify who you are; the app stores a session on the iPad so it keeps working offline at venues.
• Camera, Microphone, And Photos. The app uses the iPad's camera and microphone as live program sources for venue televisions, and lets staff upload photos to display. This content is produced on the device for the event; we do not collect it.
• Recordings. Show recordings stay on the iPad unless a staff member exports them.
• Venue Status. While broadcasting, a console checks in with our servers so other Pride Sports USA venues can see what is on air (scene names and clock times — never video, unless a staff member with permission starts a cross-venue stream).
• No Tracking. The app contains no advertising, no analytics trackers, and does not sell or share your information.

The Pride Sports USA Player App

The Pride Sports USA app for iPhone and Android is the player companion to PrideSportsUSA.com. If you use the app:

• Sign-In. The app signs in with your existing Pride Sports USA account. Your login is sent securely to our servers only to verify who you are, and the app keeps a session token on your device so you stay signed in.
• Push Notifications. Notifications are strictly opt-in. If you turn them on, we store your device's push token and a random per-install device identifier so we can deliver the notifications you asked for - nothing else. Turning push off or signing out deletes them.
• No Ads, No Tracking. The app contains no advertising and no analytics trackers, and we never sell or share your information.
• Deleting Your Account. You can request account deletion from inside the app, or at any time - without the app - at PrideSportsUSA.com/delete-account.

Identity Verification

Some features - like Get Verified and birthday corrections - offer an optional identity check to confirm your age and identity eligibility. If you choose to verify:

• What Is Captured. Your device reads the barcode on the back of your government ID and captures a photo of the front of the ID plus a live selfie.
• How It Is Used. An automated check confirms the ID is a real document, the selfie matches the ID portrait, and the printed name and birthday agree with the barcode. Confirming your age and identity eligibility is the only purpose.
• Storage. The ID photo and selfie are processed in memory for the check and are never stored - we do not keep verification photos, your ID number, or a copy of your ID. What remains on your account is your verified name and date of birth, plus a one-way code that stops one ID from verifying more than one account.
• Deletion. Verification photos never need deleting because we never keep them; any verification record we do hold can be removed on request through our contact page, and deleting your account removes it with everything else.

Keeping & Deleting Your Data

Signed waivers and records of completed transactions are kept as legal records. Everything else is kept only as long as we need it to run our programs. You can delete your Pride Sports USA account - from the app or without it - at PrideSportsUSA.com/delete-account; we complete deletions within 30 days. To ask what we hold about you, reach us through our contact page and we will respond promptly.
